What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

For stock molds: 5,000 pcs. For custom new molds: 10,000 pcs. Reed diffuser bottles start at 3,000 pcs. Travel-size bottles (5-15ml) start at 10,000 pcs. We can discuss lower MOQ for first trial orders — just ask.

What is your production lead time?+

Stock mold bottles: 15 days after sample approval. Custom mold bottles: 25-30 days (includes mold fabrication). Rush production available — 10 days for stock molds with 15% surcharge.

Do you provide samples?+

Yes. We provide free existing samples (you pay shipping). For custom samples, a $50-$150 sampling fee applies depending on decoration complexity. This fee is fully refunded when you place a bulk order of 10,000+ pcs.

Can I use my own design and Pantone colors?+

Absolutely. We accept AI, PDF, CDR files and Pantone color codes. Our design team will create a 3D rendering for your approval before production. We can also match physical color samples if you send them.

What decoration options do you offer?+

Screen printing (up to 6 colors), frosting/acid etching, hot stamping (gold/silver/holographic foil), vacuum metallization (chrome/gold/rose gold), spray coating (transparent/opaque/gradient), embossing/debossing, UV coating, and sandblasting. Multiple techniques can be combined on a single bottle.

What are your payment terms?+

Standard: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for orders over $50,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection. PayPal available for sample fees.

Do you ship globally? What about customs?+

We ship to 80+ countries via sea, air, rail, and express courier. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service available — we handle customs clearance and deliver to your door. FOB and EXW terms also available if you prefer your own forwarder.

Can you supply matching caps, pumps, and boxes?+

Yes — we offer a full one-stop solution: aluminum caps, plastic caps, wooden caps, stone caps, crimp pumps, screw pumps, fine-mist sprayers, and custom outer packaging boxes. Everything coordinated to fit your bottle perfectly.
