30ml Perfume Bottles: the Volume Workhorse of Fragrance Packaging
The 30 ml bottle is the size most brands launch with and most retailers reorder. It is small enough to sit in a travel-retail gondola or an e-commerce mailer, large enough for a 60–90 day supply of a daily-wear fragrance, and economical enough that a first production run does not tie up cash. For a spray line, 30 ml is also the sweet spot where glass weight, crimp reliability and per-unit freight all stay in balance.

What 30ml buyers usually ask for
Three quarters of the 30 ml enquiries we receive come from brands that are either launching a first fragrance or adding a travel-size SKU to an existing 50 ml or 100 ml line. Those two use cases pull in different specifications:
– **Launch runs** want low MOQ, a neutral mould they can decorate, and fast sampling. Most 30 ml stock moulds ship from a few cartons, which keeps the first order in the low thousands of units.
– **Travel-size add-ons** want closure compatibility: the same crimp pump, the same cap family and the same decoration finish as the hero size, so the two bottles look like one product line.
Decoration and customisation
Stock moulds are a starting point, not a limit. On this range we run spray coating in any Pantone shade, soft-touch and matte topcoats, frosted and acid-etched finishes, silk-screen printing up to six colours, hot-foil stamping, vacuum metallisation, gradient spraying and UV spot coatings. Because the mould already exists, the only setup cost is decoration — usually 300–800 USD depending on the technique and the number of colours.
MOQ, packing and lead times
- MOQ — from a few cartons on plain stock; 3,000–5,000 pieces per SKU with decoration.
- Lead time — about 15 days for stock, 20–25 days decorated, rush slots at a 15% surcharge.
- Packing — export cartons with dividers as listed in the table; palletising and mixed-model containers are available.
- Payment — 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment; L/C accepted above USD 50,000.

What is the minimum order for a 30ml glass perfume bottle?
Stock 30 ml moulds start from a few hundred pieces — typically a few cartons — and we quote per carton so you can test the market first. Custom colours, printing or plating add a separate setup charge and usually a 3,000–5,000 piece minimum per SKU.
Can I use the same pump and cap as my 50ml bottle?
Yes, if the neck finish matches. All bottles in this range use a 15 mm crimp or screw neck; tell us which pump you already buy and we will confirm neck compatibility before sampling, so the same closure stock works across both sizes.
Do you supply the sprayer, collar and cap together with the bottle?
We do. Stock crimp pumps, screw pumps, fine-mist sprayers, aluminium collars and matching over-caps are held in the same warehouse, so a 30 ml bottle can ship as a complete, ready-to-fill set rather than a bottle that still needs three extra suppliers.
How long does a 30ml order take?
Stock moulds with no decoration run about 15 days from deposit. Adding spray coating, silk screen or hot stamping takes 20–25 days, and a rush slot can compress that by roughly a week at a 15 percent surcharge. Sea freight to Europe or the US adds 25–35 days, or we can quote DDP door delivery.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send stock samples or pre-production samples with your artwork applied, usually within 5–7 working days. Sample cost is credited against the production invoice once the order is placed.
